Welcome to King Photography. Opening its doors in 1987, King
Photography has been dedicated to providing professional, quality images to
its clientele for 20 years. Since 1987 there have been worlds of change in the
photography industry. Fortunately, we've been able to launch into the future
while still keeping our roots firmly planted on the ground. Originating as a
small family studio located on the square in Manheim, Pennsylvania, we have
significantly expanded to a 2,500 square foot studio located at 1478 Lancaster
Road as well as our newly established west coast studio at 5627 Sepulveda Blvd.
Sherman Oaks, California. Our photographers have graduated form the New York
Institute of Photography and continue their education through Triangle Photography
School. Owners John King and Michael Fahnestock have had multiple experiences
working on Hollywood films which has added to our professionalism and understanding
of the art of Photography. As Professionals in the field, we are members of
the Professional Photographers of America and regularly attend state and national
meetings where we learn new techniques, are exposed to new ideas, evaluate new
technology, and compete in print competitions. We do these things to ensure
that our clients receive the highest quality portraiture and accessories available.
In our new studio we have the ability to meet just about any need. Each year
we photograph seniors from Warwick, Manheim Central, and other local schools
in traditional, contemporary and outdoor settings. Each year we are trusted
by nervous brides-to-be to capture and photographically tell the story of their
wedding day. In our children's portraiture we capture the fleeting yet captivating
expressions that tell the tale of childhood. Any one of our family portraits
will show that we continually strive to capture the close bonds that tie family
members together as they grow and change both as individuals and as a unit.
We also do commercial and reproduction work with fast turn-around times. We
strongly believe that you should always get more from your photographer than
just a photograph.
Directions to the Studio:
From Lancaster:
Take Rt. 72 North through East Petersburg. Our studio should be about 3.5 miles up the road to the left, across from the Country Inn and Suites.
From Manhiem:
Take Rt. 72 South past the Auto Auction. Pass Krieders' resturant and the studio is to your right.
From Lititz:
From Rt. 501 take a left on Doe Run Road, follow that all the
way in to the square in Manhiem. At the intersection, take a left on Rt. 72
(south) follow that past the Auto Auction and Kreiders' Resturant and the studio
is to your right
